Adelle was so sweet and easy for her session and I just loved seeing her with her wonderful “big brother” Sazerac.

Another post-peek… yikes, am I behind on bloggingor what? But I can’t resist showing off this lovely girl now.

I confess… this is really more of a post-peek as Ellis’ family already has her gallery, but I still can’t resist the opportunity to show off some of my favorites. I just love smiley little babies!

There’s a magic to two year olds. It’s not an easy magic… they can be fiercely independent… but they are also completely authentic. There’s no posing or bribing, but when you catch that twinkle in their eye or that mischevious smile it’s pure, real magic.

I love seeing my baby planners grow and I was so excited to see this little guy again. He started his baby plan at 6 months old, so we finished it at 18 months instead of 12 months. And my how he has grown! The little guy is not just walking, but running, and definitely has a mind of his own. While pictures weren’t high on his agenda for the day, he did love exploring the French Quarter!

Ann Frances was such a cutie pie with her fair skin and wispy blond hair. We started her session in her lovely nursery with her mom and dad, and then moved on to the posed, sleepy shots. I loved it all!

I’m in a black and white sort of mood today

I was so excited to see this little cutie again. I can’t believe he’s already one year old and “graduating” from my first year plan!

I actually don’t know this little guy’s name yet… his moms were still deciding when we had his newborn session. No matter, this cutie is definitely sweet no matter which name he ends up calling his own.

And isn’t big sister Emmie was so cute trying to comfort her baby brother…

Cute little Addison was just full of the biggest smiles for her session. So much fun! I loved those beautiful blue eyes.

And look how cute these two are together! I photographed big brother as a baby too.
