Ha ha! I know I’m behind on the blog when I’m posting newborn photos of a baby that I just did a 6 month session for. :)

The 2012 Fall Mini-Sessions are here! As always, the sessions will take place in the morning and there are a limited number of spots available. Email amy@amydrouetphotography to book!

Josh is such a happy little guy and oh so cute, but what really impressed me just as much this session was big brother Zach… Zach loved helping his little brother around and was amazingly cooperative for pictures.

Little Miss Leila started out fiesty, but in the end gave us the sweetest newborn-style images – completely unexpected for a 2 month old, but totally amazing and adorable. And there’s some extra sweetness from Leila’s session on Facebook, just click here to check them out.

“What’s in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet.” – Shakespeare (Romeo & Juliet)

I actually don’t know this little guy’s name yet… his moms were still deciding when we had his newborn session. No matter, this cutie is definitely sweet no matter which name he ends up calling his own. :)

And isn’t big sister Emmie was so cute trying to comfort her baby brother…

Cute little Addison was just full of the biggest smiles for her session. So much fun! I loved those beautiful blue eyes.

And look how cute these two are together! I photographed big brother as a baby too. :)

Sweet little Tate was so good for his session and his nursery had such beautiful light and decor. I loved it! This is actually less of a sneak peek than a post peek though. That’s because the blog was back down again for a little while and I couldn’t post to it. I believe its finally back to 100% though so I’ll be trying to catch up over here over the next several days.

Reaching me

January 19, 2012

Please note that Amy Drouet Photography is experiencing some technical difficulties this week, particularly with email. I’m hoping to have all of these issues resolved tomorrow and will be catching up on all emails as soon as I can. If you have an urgent question, you can reach me at 504-858-5002.

Thanks for understanding!

I managed to catch up to the D family while they were in town for a conference – on the only cold and windy day we’ve had so far this fall! Yikes! They were troopers though and we were able to catch some sweet family portraits while they were here.

Little miss Cameron was such a pleasure to photograph… sweet, dainty and oh-so-sleepy! In fact she only woke up for a few bright-eyed shots at the very end. If you haven’t checked out Cameron’s bonus peeks on Facebook yet, go ahead and check them out. Cameron has a very special “lovey” that will make every Saints fan envious. (Jus a hint… Cameron even let me borrow and wear it for a few seconds!)
