Archive for September, 2010

Well, you know it must be the busy season when I’m behind in blogging again! But I’m so happy to come back and show how well sweet miss Emmie is doing. It’s been 6 months or so since her newborn sessionand she’s had plenty to keep her busy since then – trips across the country, more surgeries, and of course growing bigger and stronger and even more beautiful! But she still made time for me in her busy schedule. And this time she brought her aunt, cousin and moms along for the photo fun:

my boys

September 28, 2010

just because I love my boys – all three of them.

Wow! What a difference a few months makes! When I saw this little cutie for her 6 month session she was just starting to sit. Now three months later she’s sitting, crawling and even STANDING. I’m betting she’ll be walking for her 12 month session. :)

I can’t believe it’s been a whole since I last saw this little guy! Caleb is TWO now and just full of “little big guy” independence. As the mom of a two year old, I’m very familiar with that myself! Check out that smile and those beautiful blue eyes…

And this is how you know the session is over. :D

Look who’s two! Zach gave me a run for my money… he’s almost as unimpressed by me as my own kids.  But in the end we still got some really cute shots.

Be on the look-out too…. Zach is about to be a big brother! Dare I hope for another little redhead? :)

Cassie and Brian are just so cute together and so excited to meet their little one that they made my job easy! Congrats to you both… I can’t wait to meet your new baby!

Well, hello bright eyes! Miss Avery was oh-so awake and alert for the beginning of our session. But so content as well. And after a little bit she very cooperatively went to sleep for us so we could get those sweet sleeping shots.

At 15  months old, adorable little Gavyn was on the move for her session. It always amazes (and amuses) me how these tiny little people already have very definite ideas on what they want to do – and what they don’t! Gavyn loved exploring the park so we just let her lead the way.

I have to admit, the 3-4 month age is often one of the hardest to photograph. The babies are alert, but still so little and not yet sitting. But that said, it can be fun too. Babies this age are typically starting to hold their head up well, they are getting more interactive and often make the funniest expressions. And little Cole rocked out his four month session.

Love, love, love the little tongue sticking out!

I’m soooo behind on blogging, but (finally!) here’s sweet  little Levi, only 4 days old for his session. L Family – I hope you had a great trip and are settling in!
