I was so excited to see this family again! It’s been a few years so I was thrilled that they were willing to drive in from Mississippi for a New Orleans session. Caroline and Will have gotten so grown-up and mature… and little Sam was practically a baby the last time I saw him. Now he’s a big kid too!

I can’t even begin to tell you how much I love this shot! Ethan and Sofia, were such good sports for our mini session and little bro Colin was quite a ham! I love how he looks like “Mr. Cool” here with his older siblings…

I met up with Shelby on a gorgeous, albeit warm, morning at the park. Shelby was quite the little ham… playing Rapunzel  and dancing in the sunshine. And her sweet cousin Ella even came along rfor a few shots. I just love the second picture with the two girls together. Shelby obviously adores her cousin and wanted to do everything Ella did. :)

Aaaahhhh!  Connor just cracks me up with his silly faces and fun-loving personality! And this session he was joined by big brother Dylan (great name!), who he clearly adores. And it’s easy to see why. Dylan is a pretty impressive kid… sweet, helpful and very doting toward his baby brother.

Miss Tyler is one lucky girl… not only does she already have fantasic hair, but she also has a  super sweet older brother and fun and fabulous big sister. Just see for yourself. :)

I have had such a string of utterly awesome two (and almost-two) year olds lately! It’s crazy! Brady was such a little ham – full of smiles and funny expressions.

I managed to catch up to the D family while they were in town for a conference – on the only cold and windy day we’ve had so far this fall! Yikes! They were troopers though and we were able to catch some sweet family portraits while they were here.

Cooper was quite the dashing little guy for his holiday session!  Two year olds (and almost-two-years-olds) can be quite challenging, but Cooper was a perfect little gentleman… and just look at those beautiful blue eyes!

Phew! Things are never dull around the C family – these kids know how to keep things fun and lively!  I just love silly, spunky Adam posing in the front of this shot. I see a future class clown in the making…

It’s always a pleasure to meet and photograph new clients, especially when I find families that, like me, are transplants here, but love this city.  The L family fit this description perfectly. And truthfully, I’m not sure if I’ve ever photographed such well-behaved children. Even two year old Nicholas was happy to go with the flow!
